Are linen, towels & utilities included in the price?

Yes, utilities and supply of linen and towels is always included in our prices.

 

Is there parking on site?

Yes, the Orchard Holiday Village offers ample private and free parking on site.

 

Are Dogs allowed?

Yes, we allow dogs in some of our lodges. There is no additional charge for this however it must be requested at time of booking.

 

Are the lodges full equipped for a self-catering stay?

Absolutely, each lodge includes a full equipped kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. For more information on our kitchen facilities, please visit the accommodation pages.

 

Can you supply cots and highchairs?

Yes, upon request where available.

 

Is there pubs and restaurants nearby?

There are a number of pubs and restaurants all within walking distance of the Orchard Holiday Village. Please see our Things To Do page for more information.

 

Is there a shop for groceries nearby?

There are two grocery stores in the village, along with a fabulous bakery, and then just a 10 minute drive to Drogheda, you will find Aldi and Lidi. 

 

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Guests may arrive any time from 4pm on their designated arrival date and are asked to vacate the lodges by 11am on their morning of departure.

 

When do we pay?

For 1-2 night stays, 100% of the payment will be taken 1 day before arrival. For longer stays, a deposit of 20% is paid at the time of booking and the remainder is then paid 2 weeks before arrival. We will also seek preauthorisation of a €200 security deposit on holding card.

 

What is the cancellation policy in relation to Covid-19?

Below are the current terms and conditions for bookings made during the COVID-19 pandemic from 1st of February 2021. Our normal terms and conditions apply for all bookings – we have however amended the refund policy regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.

Should the government instruct The Orchard Holiday Village to shut down due to the ongoing pandemic, customers are entitled to request a refund or postpone their holiday date. The refund request must be made by email and approved by the management team.

Should the government issue a travel ban across the country and customers are not able to fulfil their holiday, customers are entitled to request a refund or postpone their holiday date.

 

Can we make group booking to rent all the lodges?
